We feature fair-trade organic coffees from local, independent roasters - with a range of roasts from True Stone, Roastery 7, Fika, City Girl and Wildflyer. Our cold brew is a Minneapolis fan favorite

Espresso

We offer all your espresso favorites with an attention to detail using Roastery 7’s Espresso Nuevo and Swiss Water Decaf, as well as a Red Tea Espresso

Teas

With our friends from Tea Source we have developed a lovely menu of loose leaf hot and iced teas. We also brew an in-house authentic spicy chai known as Mischief Maker

Our morning case

we provide a daily assortment of fresh baked scones, savory biscuits, sweet bread, coffee cakes and muffins, our celebrated cinnamon biscuit and Minnesota’s State Biscuit - our Hope butter-laden buttermilk biscuit

our dessert case

anchored by our long-running best-of-city eclairs, we also fill our case with cakes, cupcakes, pies, bars, cheesecakes and cookies - starring a Twin Cities Top 15 chocolate chip cookie

special orders are welcome

as a small batch bakery we can accommodate most special orders with a two day turnaround and are happy to work with your dietary needs - please note while we offer a few gluten-free items we are not a wheat-free bakery
